Both Eric and Craig are married and are raising the 7th generation of farmers. In 2012, Eric married Rachel and have two sons, McCoy, and Keaton. Eric and Rachel both serve on the Door County Farm Bureau Board of Directors. Rachel is also an American Farm Bureau Partners in Advocacy Leadership member, Wisconsin Farm Bureau Leadership Institute graduate, and is the Wisconsin Cattlemen's Association Legislative Chair. Eric works as a diesel mechanic at a local dairy farm. Craig married his wife Lyndsay in 2016. They have one boy and two girls, Harvey, Sloane, and Sutton. Craig is an agronomist and Lyndsay teaches at the local elementary school. The next generation enjoys helping on the farm whenever they can. From checking animals, helping feed, or selling meat, they are ready to get their hands dirty.
