About Us

Serving our community since 1868, welcome to our 6th-generation family farm! Here at Lakeshore Land & Livestock our vision is to care for the land and animals that God has entrusted us with while working together as a family for generations to come. Although our industry has changed immensely over time, some things remain constant such as our attention to detail, the quality of our meat, and our care for our animals and land. Eric and Craig grew up knowing one day they would take over the family farm and raise animals to support the local community. Eric went to school to become a diesel mechanic while Craig went to school for agronomy. "We both knew we wanted to continue working in the agriculture industry.” “We both have a passion for sustainable agriculture and are strong supporters of the local community."

Both Eric and Craig are married and are raising the 7th generation of farmers. In 2012, Eric married Rachel and have two sons, McCoy, and Keaton. Eric and Rachel both serve on the Door County Farm Bureau Board of Directors. Rachel is also an American Farm Bureau Partners in Advocacy Leadership member, Wisconsin Farm Bureau Leadership Institute graduate, and is the Wisconsin Cattlemen's Association Legislative Chair. Eric works as a diesel mechanic at a local dairy farm. Craig married his wife Lyndsay in 2016. They have one boy and two girls, Harvey, Sloane, and Sutton. Craig is an agronomist and Lyndsay teaches at the local elementary school. The next generation enjoys helping on the farm whenever they can. From checking animals, helping feed, or selling meat, they are ready to get their hands dirty. As a family, we look forward to doing business with you and hope you will continue to purchase our locally grown beef.
