Yes! We raise our cattle naturally — no added hormones, ever. Antibiotics are only used if absolutely necessary for animal health (never in feed).

All cuts are vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen solid for freshness. Store frozen until ready to use. For best quality, enjoy within 12 months. Thaw in the refrigerator — never on the counter.

We'll notify you each month before we start to pack orders. You'll have until that month's cutoff time (10pm the night before pickup or delivery) to add extras to your order, or to notify us if you need to skip the month's share.

We understand that life gets busy! Every month, you'll receive an alert before we pack our orders. You'll have the option to “skip” by 10pm the evening before pickup/delivery to opt out of the month's order at no charge.

We want you to love every bite. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
